How to Join

Registration 2024/25

  Welcome to the 2024/25 season at Elouera!

• 2022/2023 Surf Life Saving Club of the Year
• The 2017/18 NSW Age Champions!
• 2017/18 Surf Life Saving Sydney Club of the Year
• 2017/18 Surf Life Saving Sydney Surf Lifesaver of the Year (Jackson Towns).
• 2017/18 Surf Life Saving NSW Female Junior Lifesaver of the Year (Sophie Burns).
• And home of the Elouera Yellow Fins!

Registration Overview

For this season there are two simple steps to renew or join for the first time.

1. Complete registration and pay online.
2. Attend one of our registration days and complete the proficiency swim/float (dates to be advised).

All Nippers must complete their proficiency swim/float prior to the season, refer to the swim proficiency page for further details.

Note: Active Kids Vouchers can be used for Elouera Nippers but you will need to contact the office (9523 7295 or info@elouera.com). For more information about Active Kids please go to - https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/.

2024/25 Registration Fees

First child                       $120

Fourth child                  $120

Yellow Fins                   Active Kids Voucher or contact yellowfins@elouera.com 

Parent helper*            $50

Note: Once a member all Elouera Nipper training sessions are completely free!

* At least one parent / guardian must register as a member of Elouera SLSC or preferably, register as a parent helper. 

The Nippers program requires a significant amount of assistance and resources to run each week, more so than most other sports. By becoming a member, you will be provided with the necessary insurance coverage to help make nippers run smoothly & safely and as parent helper you can get close to the action.

Renewing Nippers

Active Kids Vouchers can be used while registering for Elouera Nippers but you will need to contact the office (9523 7295 or info@elouera.com). For more information about Active Kids please go to - https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/. 

Follow the steps below to renew your Nippers membership:

1. Go to Surf Life Saving Australia Members Area: https://members.sls.com.au
2. A login and account is require for each child. So either:
• Login to your existing account (use reset links if you have forgotten your username or password)
• If you don't have portal accounts, create new separate accounts for each child registering.
3. Once logged in to the Members Area, navigate to 'Memberships'.
4. Follow the online instructions to register.
   • Please check your contact details very carefully, this is how we keep in touch with you.
5. Follow the online instructions to pay ensuring that you select "ELOUERA SLSC”  in the Club/Organisation field (otherwise payment will go to the wrong section of the club).

Note: If registering more than one child, register them all individually and then make one payment for all your children against one portal account (we will link them all for you).

If you have any issues at all during the registration process, please contact the office on 9523 7295 or info@elouera.com who will be able to resolve any issues.

New Nippers

Active Kids Vouchers can be used while registering for Elouera Nippers, be sure to claim your voucher first by visiting https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/. Follow the steps below to register new nippers:

1. Go to Surf Life Saving Australia Join https://join.sls.com.au
2. Follow the prompts to register. You will then receive an email outlining your rego is pending. At this point, while you can click on the link to proceed with payment you should note:
• If you have other children to register as new members, register the other children then continue to step 3.
• If you have other children who are existing members and require their registration renewed, renew their membership, then move to the payment step (below)
3. Once you’ve registered everyone, go to the payment link, ensure that you select "ELOUERA SLSC”   in the Club/Organisation field (otherwise payment will go to the wrong section of the club).

Note: If registering more than one child, register them all individually and then make one payment for all your children against one portal account (we will link them all for you).

Documentation required for new members

Once you have completed the above registration processes online you will need to send a copy of your child/s ORIGINAL birth certificate to the club office info@elouera.com as proof of age.
